Election 2008 Update
It looks (in my opinion) like we might be choosing out next president between McCain and Clinton. Romney dropped out and Huckabee doesn't seem to be much of a threat. It does seem that Obama and Clinton are equal on the money end of things, but since neither is really clear on what they hope to acheive in education reform and Hillary has taken a stab at making improvements in health care, I am leaning towards her. So who would you vote for and why? (Gender and race are really not important, the issues are.) Watch the news, read the papers and magazines, and do some research and then formulate some opinions about this issue. It will affect you now and over the next 4 - 8 years.

If it comes to Clinton and McCain...Thank Lord there's Nadar! I myself like Obama more than Clinton...but like I said if it comes to McCain and Clinton....Let's Hear it! GO NADAR!
I would have to say that you're wrong Mrs. Hansen, I think Obama has it in the sack. Obviously it will be him and McCain since McCain has swept away his opponents. As much as I hate to say it, I think our country will have to wait a few more years for a woman president. (And no, that is not why I am voting for her in case you are wanting to make a stink about it.)
Eh....
I'd rather see Harrison Ford running for president. And yes, like Jamie says, Obama is more than likely going to get the nomination--though I absolutely HATE Democrats!! BURN THEM!! Lol
Lol Jamie...sorry 'bout that on the other board. Who knows what was going through my wee little brain? ^_^
it looks like clinton is slowly disappearing....Obama has won what???? nine states in a row so far....people are now realizing that Obama would be the better president.....plus why should you care about what they stand for and believe in....they don't make the laws...congress does.....the president is just someone who will do a good job....and hitlery doesn't seem like a good choice.
The only reason why Obama is winning is because it's the Southern states that have been having caucuses. The last time I checked I think Obama is 1/4 black. That would probably be why...it's not because he's the better choice for president. Not even close...
2nd Anonymous...he hasn't won that many southern states....most of the states have been northwestern states or states between the south and the north (VA, D.C., and MD are not really southern states all that much) and he won Wisconsin and Hawaii...last time I checked they weren't located in the south.
