I think it would be a bad idea for seniors to have a senior project, because there worries are passing all there other classes. They would be busy because they would be in spoprts, visiting colleges, signing up for scholarships, and finishing all there other homework.
I think that it would also be a bad idea for seniors to have senior projects because they always get stressed out about schloarships. Your senior year is supposed to be fun and you aren't supposed to have worries.
I would have to agree with Brady and Joel it would be a tremendously bad idea for seniors to have to do a senior project. It's their senior year, it's suppose to be a fun time for them, so why make them do a project they don't have to. Also, what would the senior project be on, we do so many projects already so it would basically be like doing repeats of some projects from the past.
I believe that seniors should not have projects, because they are worried about a lot of other things. Senior year is suposed to be a fun time to enjoy the last of their high school days. They also tend to slack towards the end of their high school career, so they shouldn't have to worry about getting projects done well and on time.
I am on both sides of the fence on this one. I understand that a senior project would be a great learning experience and could help you in your search of careers and/or hobbies. On the other hand, when I am a senior next year, and school is getting down to the wire, there is no way in Earth's basement that I am going to want to work on a senior project. I think that it would be perfectly acceptable to have a project like this as a freshman or sophomore when life isn't nearly as hectic.
I think a senior project would be a good idea but it would have to be done at the beginning of ones senior year because towards the end it wouldn't matter and no senior in there right mind would want to do one.
I agree that the senior projects would be better if they were done at the beggining of the year. That way they would be focused on school and the project would get done well.
